• Deliver and manage our services (content creation, outreach, lead generation, consulting)
• Send updates, invoices, and service-related communication

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

1.3 Sharing information

2. Terms of Service

2.1 Services

Inizio Media Ventures provides personal branding, LinkedIn growth, lead generation, content production, and consulting services as described on our website or in a signed proposal/agreement. Exact deliverables, timelines, and pricing are confirmed in writing before work begins.

2.2 Client responsibilities

To deliver results, we rely on timely input from clients, including account access where relevant, feedback on drafts, and approval turnaround. Delays on the client’s side may affect timelines and are not treated as a failure of service on our part.

2.3 Payments

Fees are due as outlined in your service agreement or invoice. Late payments may pause active work until resolved. Prices listed on our website are subject to change for new engagements; active contracts are honored at the agreed rate.

2.4 Intellectual property

Once paid in full, content created specifically for a client (posts, scripts, carousels, etc.) belongs to that client. Inizio retains the right to reference completed work in portfolios or case studies unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

2.5 No guaranteed outcomes

We bring proven strategy and execution to every engagement, but we do not guarantee specific follower counts, leads, revenue, or platform algorithm behavior, since these depend on factors outside our control (platform changes, market conditions, client responsiveness).

2.6 Termination

Either party may end an engagement with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Work completed up to the termination date is payable; no refunds are issued for work already delivered.

2.7 Limitation of liability

Inizio’s liability in connection with any service is limited to the amount paid by the client for that service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business or opportunity.

2.8 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith discussion; unresolved disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bhopal, India.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

3.1 Program and retainer fees

Fees paid for ongoing retainers, sprints, or programs (e.g., LinkedIn growth, lead generation, consulting sprints) are non-refundable once work has commenced, as they cover strategy, research, and production time already committed.

3.2 Cancellations

Clients may cancel future months of a retainer with 15 days’ written notice. The current billing cycle is completed and delivered as agreed; no partial refunds are issued for a cycle already in progress.

3.3 Exceptions

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis only where Inizio fails to deliver the agreed scope of work within the agreed timeline, and the issue is not resolved after being raised in writing.

3.4 Disputes

Any billing dispute should be raised within 7 days of the charge at arushi@iniziomedia.com. We will review and respond within 5 business days.
